Wines this week are strictly Argentinian with a dusting of a few other treats Tucker pulls out of the cellar now and then. We are quite smitten with the Argentine’s Malbecs and their crisp whites, especially their Sauvignon Blanc. We have a lovely end of summer Doña Paula rosé as well, from a bottle all decked out in pink and blue. And a Torrontes wine as well, one of our favorite new grape varietals.
It’s supposed to be rainy and if so we’ll be indoors in the Manor House.
Regardless, join us for this last of a great month — how lovely the fall weather has been — and as with all wine events, they somehow bring a little elegance and humanity to any day.
