Walk the FarmsTM was established at two sister farms, Woodlawn Farm and Jubilee Farm & Vineyards, in Southern Maryland. Thanks to a USDA Rural Business Grant, the farms were shaped for walking trails along hedgerows and into the woodlands as a model for small farms everywhere to welcome visitors into the time-honored tradition of walking the farm. From special occasions to weekly programs, Walk the FarmsTM partners provide an opportunity to add small farms to the list of parks, nature preserves and outdoor activities that keep us connected to our world and to each other.
