The Watermen series includes over XYZ paintings that depict the unique waterman’s way of life on the Chesapeake. The series was begun in 2010 and shows Lance O’Donnell and XYZ as they harvest the nets. Two paintings will be reviewed by Carolyn in detail; the composition, colors, the movement of water styled from her brush, and the portait artist’s ability to show face, hands and posture with nuance that brings you close to the nets and the action. The paintings will be on display through Thursday night when Carolyn’s painting workshop, XYZ, will be held from 5-8 pm.

Wines: From ABC Winey served with two specialty cheeses from Vermont Creamery. One of the original farms, Ayers Brooks Farm is 3 miles from Brainstorm Farm and owner/opertor Miles Hooper is a goat farmer and the son of Allison Hooper who founded the Vermont Creamery.
